Fota Ni Moj, which roughly translates to "the Joy of Photography" is a photography competition.
What sets this competition apart from the regular ones is that it culminates into an exhibition of 100 selected entries and after the competition a coffee table book is published with the 100 selected entries.
After successfully completing two seasons we are happy to work towards the third one.

Fota Ni Moj (the joy of photography) is back! It’s been a wonderful journey so far and we thank all our supporters and well-wishers who have given us the strength and belief to carry on. We are pleased to announce this year’s topic/theme "EDUCATION" the most pressing need of our society today.
So pack up your shooting gears and set out to put up the most exciting, amazing and awesome submission. Your interpretation of the theme "education", remember it’s you and your creativity in the end.

Mr. Jayanti Naik
Mr. Jayanti Naik is a renowned sculptor and academician who has been awarded Gaurav Puraskar for his lifetime achievements in design field, which makes him one of the few people to have been bestowed with this award in Gujarat. Mr. Naik was a part of the distinguished faculty members of the National Institute of Design and is currently associated with The National Institute of Design as a visiting faculty.
Mr. Naik has exhibited his work at many national and international exhibitions.
Mr. Hemen Sanghvi
Mr. Hemen Sanghvi has to his credit several honors and achievements in the field of photography which include his photography exhibitions and exhibition design. His vast and extensive experience in photography includes capturing subjects that range from festivals of India to shooting architectural subjects in a collaborative project with UNICEF. They holds a Masters in Architecture from the prestigious Pratt Instistute in New York.
Mr. Hemen is a scholar whose work is acclaimed for being par excellence and his contribution to Architectural planning, conservation, urban design as well as an Academician is renowned.

Fota Ni Moj 2013 coffee table book on Rajkot is one of the first and best books on Rajkot as it reflects Rajkot in a purely visual sense.

Fota Ni Moj 2014 Coffee Table book reflects the winning photographs that are depicted under the theme of celebration.
